They helped me when I truly needed help and ended up not needing their help and they still went out of their way to follow me and make sure I made it to my destination my car was broken down but when they showed up it started and they still made sure I got to my destination without charging me I give them five stars most friendliest nicest people I've ever met

Was involved in a crash on my motorcycle. The gentlemen thay came out on April 5th around 1800 hours to pick it up was amazing and professional. The young lady, I believe tracey I apologize ma'am I'm terrible with names has been fantastic bending over backwards to help me. If her name was not Tracey, whoever was working 08April at around 0900 has been fantastic. Thank you very much!!!!

My whole experience with them was great. The ladies in the office were so nice and very understanding. I went and paid but had to leave my car behind until I could get someone to take me back to pick it up. They allowed me to leave my car parked on their property until later in the afternoon. Was expecting the same cold rude almost criminal experience we had at Toms24 awhile back and we were pleasantly surprised. This crew is very Understanding and compassionate about the fact that there customers are used to having to pull teeth and pay more than the vehicle is worth to obtain there property back and it shows!

On my way home this evening I got a flat tire right off the exit turning onto 19. I don't handle stressful situations well and have no idea how to change a tire (and would honestly struggle due to some personal limitations). My husband was on his way to help however it would be 30 + minutes before he would be there to change it. Zack (spelling could be wrong, I apologize) pulled up behind me, asked if I had a spare, and offered to put it on. Even used his own tools since mine aren't the best. He let me know exactly what he was doing/would be doing to change my tire. He was extremely kind and mannered. I appreciate the interaction and kindness he put into this sometimes terrible world. If I ever need services again, Howard's will be who I call. Thank you for helping a stranded, overly emotional stranger.

Great experience. Almost 60 years old and never had to deal with having a car towed. From guys in the yard, the driver of the truck and the ladies in the office were all very helpful and understanding. I hope to never have to use these services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call Howards.

Best experience I've had with any type of car service in my life. After working a 12 hour shift at Elkhart General and having my tire explode after hitting a pothole, with absolutely no way to get home or way to take care of my car at 8 PM, Howard's was a godsend. Their dispatcher was so sweet and reassuring about cost and time. The driver got to me within ten minutes even with an ETA of 30 or more. I got a ride home along with my car back to Michigan and he was pleasantly good company, a very nice guy and handled my car with care. As a small woman stranded in Elkhart at dusk, I felt safe and in good hands, which I think is important to note. Wonderful company and impeccable service - will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

On a chilly wet Sat evening, I sat in my van, at Super Walmart on CR6, talking on my phone and running down my car battery. Ok I said to myself, I'll call Zurich since I pay them for their help on occasions like this and they will send someone. Well, after 4 failed attempts to get through their phone system, I was so mad that as I got out to go inside for help- I locked my keys inside. Customer service said to call police and police said to call Howard's Towing. My Knight in Shining Armor and his nice wife quickly arrived and rescued me! I am so grateful for his patience as he stood in the icy drizzle, carefully coaxing the window open and skillfully unlocking the door. The fee was reasonable and worth every dollar. Thank you!

Great customer service & timing!! Everywhere I called had a 2 hour or more wait. After my husband scheduled a tow for his truck with another tow service on a Friday for a Monday morning tow to be at the shop & they never showed I called Howard's & the lady said 30 mins, I wasn't home so she took my number for an arrival call. I received the arrival call in 20 mins & I was 5 mins from my house. If I ever need a tow again I'll definitely be calling Howard's. Thank you so much!!

My father needed his car towed back home which is outside of Elkhart area. Due to some issues on the towing truck going on they were unable to tow vehicle to its destination on the same day but despite that they still went outta their way to provide a ride back home to him on the same day. We are appreciative that they went around their way to meet his needs and. Ring us the vehicle the following morning just like they informed me. I got to speak to Tracy and she was very informative about the situation and treated me in a professional matter! Thank you guys for your service.

Howard's is the only company to use! A Vet had locked himself after visiting his sick wife none the less 7eleven was closed and no way to get in his van. I called Howards a kindness of their heart they came out and let im in his van!!

Elkhart county police are jerks for having my work truck towed for no truthful reason. The woman at the Howards call center is a real piece of work, but Chuckie and Joe are Godsends. Would work with either of them anytime.

Unfortunately my car was impounded because the vehicle was park in a dangerous spot. We try several towing companies and all was a two hour wait. Go figure summer time lol. We had to get to Enterprise before they close and when I came back car was gone. I'm lucky nobody got hurt. Was inform of this company that took the car in. Lady I spoke with was very professional and kind. Had them tow to my house until I can get it look at. Thank You very much. Would recommend for your future needs.

This company is so Compassionate and caring,I had to call them out First service in the middle of the night the lady that was on call was very compassionate and caring and their prices were very fair and when I went to go get my vehicle they were very professional super nice super big hearts.
